We offer various Event Spaces depending on your groups specific size and needs. The Manor currently offers four different unique rooms named after the Manor’s residents of the 19th century. These may be booked individually or together. Prices are hourly and apply for the Café’s normal business hours 7am-6pm. After hour bookings must be negotiated and will have slightly different rates. Perry Room – $100/hr – two hour minimum –
This beautiful room is located upstairs and may hold up to 25 people. Perfect for high teas, showers, birthdays, group retreats or any gatherings. Includes four tables and 25 chairs, side tables for food/drink setup, en-suite bathroom as well as hallway bathroom.
Blasingame Room – $65/hr –
This quaint room is located upstairs and may seat up to 12 people. Equipped with a conference table, screen with HDMI connection, docking station for tablets and phones, dry erase board and printer options. Perfect for business meetings needing a private and professional setting.
Cowan Room – $65/hr –
This peaceful room is quiet and thought provoking and may seat up to 12 people. Café style seating and dark wood accents make this space cozy and reflective. Perfect for friend groups, meetings and dining.
Full 2nd Floor Rental – $200/hr –
Events needing more space can enjoy the whole second floor, which includes the Perry, Blasingame and Cowan Rooms, plus a large landing/meeting space and two bathrooms. May book for up to 50 people.
Lincoln Room – $65/hr –
This convenient room is located downstairs in the old Innkeepers quarters adjacent to the coffee shop. This room seats up to 16 people and includes 4 tables, 16 chairs, beverage table, and electric fireplace. Perfect for smaller parties and gatherings.
Backyard- $200/hr –
Includes combined spaces & seating for about 50 people. Outdoor games available. Firepit and twinkly lights make this space feel nostalgic and relaxed. Perfect for complete privacy and larger space.
